Mark Baldwin oversees the technology plan behind Inspired Enterprises, initiating innovations that keep our business safe, productive, and in front of the competition. With a combination of management and hands-on technology executive experience in multiple manufacturing and construction environments for over 10 years, Mark ensures technology aligns with our organizational goal of providing customers with high-quality doors and windows - made accurately and delivered quickly.

Mark is responsible for all aspects of the Technology Plan, including cybersecurity, all software systems including supply chain software, customer experiences, process workflow, data, and automation. His interest in building scalable systems and cloud-based technology allows us to be agile in an everchanging market.

He is passionate about building smart infrastructures, as any technology consumer should be, but Mark focuses on the smart infrastructure we build for ourselves and behind the customers from the tech we used every day. Mark balances a strong technology infrastructure, allowing our tradesmen and tradeswomen's craftsmanship to take center stage.
